You would be hard pressed to find a modern Pokemon card collector who doesn't view Evolving Skies as an amazing set - or perhaps even the greatest set to come out of the Sword and Shield era to date. Just like Evolving skies rare card Reign before it, Evolving Skies puts a lot of emphasis on Alternate Art cards, and with heavy hitters in the set like the Eeveelution line, Dragonite, and Rayquaza, you can imagine omxs30 etf how expensive some of these cards can be.
Together, they're moved a lot of cards. Not only are the Eeveelutions popular, there are also a lot of them. Eight, in fact, each of which appears on at least two and up to six! Of the three cards in Evolving Skies, this is both the rarest version and the one that depicts an actual scene instead of an abstract background. Competitively, the best thing to do with Glaceon V is evolve it into as soon as possible—so it's nice that its first attack, Frozen Awakening, expedites that process. Espeon V has always been a chase card in Evolving Skies, for the same reasons as the other alt-art Eeveelutions. Unlike the other Eeveelutions, its Espeon VMAX swsh isn't available in Evolving Skies or in special collections—if you want to complete your alt-art collection, you'll need to crack some packs of Fusion Strike.
