There are plausible solution to this issue I am really struggling to set the AI at the correct level for Bahrain, haven't got any further than race 1 yet, started and re-started career mode 3 times. I did a short qualifying session in a McLaren as Ricciardo, after 3 attempts I set the AI to 84 and Norris beat me by under a tenth of a second. Seemed fine so I started my career, however in Qualifying in Bahrain Norris went a second faster than me, he qualified 9th and I was 16th.
