Thread Tools. Likes: 1. Received 3 Likes on 2 Posts. I have a f 3. Twice in one month it got stuck in 5th gear and the check engine light came on. The code read output shaft sensor, and online reading said to replace the lead frame.

Joined Oct 10, I managed to get home. When I got home I cleared the code and restarted the truck I didn't know about this recall at the time. No more issues. Today, 2. I don't know if it was 1st or 2nd but it definitely downshifted. No codes being thrown. After restarting the truck it's back to normal.. Options: 1.
The TCM and solenoid slots of the lead frame were eventually removed after an update in for the F 6.
