Love that the classes emphasize resistance training and are only 45 minutes long, making even the most challenging movements seem doable. Hands down best workout in town, and your in and out the door in just 45 minutes!! Personal trainer in every single class to teach you This place does it right! I have been working out here for a couple months and I have to say this is the best workout in town. The music is always on point and the vibe is great.

Sunglasses , Contact lenses , Kids' eyeglasses , Visual acuity test , Ready-made glasses , Eyeglass workshop , Eyeglass lenses. This is exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this class and I think it is beginner friendly. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Interactive coaching staff.
