Okay, yes, I understand that players have to get something out of it to do a thing. All that aside, I completely enjoyed helping to rebuild the Doman Enclave. I think this may have been an experiment in seeing what phasing and instancing can do in a city-wide fashion. I agree that it seems like a lot of work went into building the Enclave for a location that will probably never be a player hub. It might get some use from the RP population. But I feel like I got plenty of rewards from seeing the series through. I personally enjoyed learning about the Doman culture and watching the Enclave build up. The fact that we got some pretty nice housing items cheap windows are a huge plus , and now a cute cosmetic piece, was more than enough for me. Add to that the extra 30K income per week, the achievement points and the title, and yeah… for fluff content it was an enjoyable story and experience. I would absolutely love to see more of this kind of content in the future, especially if they tie it to something substantial, such as an actual player hub.
