September I have chatted, phoned - to supposed managers, as well as gone into stores umpteen times to get this issue resolved. I need to speak to someone who can resolve my issue of still being charged when I had barely any service, among other things. I just found out about this 'office of the president' and this is my last attempt to get this resolved before I go to the CCTS. Like many others here, I am sick to death of repeating my issue over and over and over again only to have someone say yeah, I can't help you with that. My last phone call just this week was 3 HOURS long and I still got no where until I said I will be reporting this and then, she changed her tune - a manager, saying oh yes, I can do that for you. Then we got cut off and she never called back - of course. The customer service of Fido is deplorable to say the least. I have been a loyal custimer for years. Help Sign In.
