Regarding the critical accusation that an assistant coach knew about the primary infraction, the PIR states on page 4 "Further, the assistant football coach knew or should have known that student-athlete 1 and agency partners A and B were engaged in violations. If, as the report concludes he did not know but should have known, how can he be guilty of not disclosing something he didn't know? The COI fabricated the idea that the marketing agent was a representative of the University when in fact the agent did employ high profile student athletes from another University and they failed to inform the University of that conclusion.
