The salon is a laid-back refuge from the outside world, so sit back, relax and prepare to be pampered. For someone who doesn't frequent salons often, I felt very welcome upon stepping into Finesse for my first-ever facial. Sydney and the gal who greeted me at the front desk were sweet and Hair was cut at least four inches shorter than reference picture shown and agreed upon amount with stylist. I showed the picture below to my stylist and we discussed "'mid chest length" I know I'm so, so low maintenance about my hair it's honestly sort of embarrassing. So much so that I didn't think anyone could screw my hair up, but alas. I went to a girl named Hayley Haleigh? Monica is amazing - if you're looking for a professional and therapeutic massage from a knowledgeable person, go see Monica at Finesse Spa. Love Finesse!
