I noticed Android apps stopped syncing last week. I have IOS and it has stopped syncing as well. It syncs with MyFitness Pal for food and water and exercise but fitbit not syncing steps or sleep. I have updated my Fitbit app.

What "basic checks" have you done? I am having the exact same problem.
