It was so bland, tasted off, and looked totally different from the first time. I talked to the waitress and the manager already overheard. Third and fourth time with different friends, ordered pho and was perfect like the first time. I went back today with a friend from out of town and raved about their pho. Same thing happened to me that happened my second visit! Additionally, the broth was luke warm that the rare steak stayed pink. I walked up to the kitchen to the waitor and kitchen staff and, at the very least, asked if the broth can get warmed up because of the steak. He turned it into an argument and said that stirring the broth has nothing to do with the flavor of the broth. The waiter is very inexperienced and shook his head as if I was crazy.
