This Spanish classic is one of the best summer sauces ever, and it pairs well with anything off the grill, particularly vegetables and seafood. Alabama-Style White Barbecue Sauce: This tangy and spicy combination of mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, horseradish, and vinegar makes an excellent marinade for grilled chicken. Caramelized Pan Sauce: This pan sauce with caramelized mushrooms and tomatoes is inspired by traditional Italian flavors.
