I have recently purchased tickets from several sites, and whilst I have had mixed experiences, this site was by far the worst. I bought tickets for a football match, received confirmation by email and again in a phone call on the day of the match, and even an assurance in an online chat saying they would be sent soon. I have raised this illegal practice with Trading Standards authority and expect them to be closed down shortly. I ordered ticket for the away fans section, Crystal Palace v Arsenal.
