Regarding the dogs, what I look for is a good trail nearby, in-house dog park or some place to walk the dogs daily. Yuma, AZ on the far East side of town, known as the Foothills. I used a free 3 day coupon acquired at the Quartzsite RV Show, no strings attached, very gracious offer. The Low Down This is a giant park. It includes pools, spas. Tennis courts, pickle ball, sports complex, softball, golf, activity rooms, beauty salon, barber shop, 9 hole golf course. I-8 interstate is right there, so if possible, get further back into the park. Otherwise, you will be serenaded by 18 wheelers. Bathrooms were nice, showers were fantastic, laundry good, there is drinking water stations on site also. Many folks were friendly to me in my 3 night stay. There seems to be a lot going on, activities galore, active group of people.

Question: Can anyone tell me about the Golf Course? Can one get tee times or is it totally occupied by leagues. We stayed one year at Cocopah and the course was dominated by leagues. Oh and if you have an idea of the greens fees. Thanks, Chiliman.

WiFi is free and works good lots of sport activities great place to let time pass by. Plenty of amenities, nice sites, very large park. Good folks in front office. Very fine RV park with excellent courts for bocce, shuffleboard, tennis, pickelball, and horseshoes. Cable TV is extra. Wide flat paved roads for bicycles. Good restaurant.
