Traveling from Banff to Edmonton with a quick stop to visit friends in Sylvan when we noticed a bulge in our rental car tire. My son took it in without an appointment and they looked it over, highly recommend using the spare to get us back to Edmonton safely. Thanks so much for looking out for us. The bookings for winter tires were being made two weeks out from Oct 16 , however, the staff there listened to my personal situation, specifically Shawn, and he managed to find a place for me to squeeze in - it helped I had a winter set of tires on their own rims. They were super friendly despite being overwhelmed and were able to give me a ride to and from their location. Their service was personable and swift. I give them a lot of credit for being able to stay on everyone's personal needs during the first snowstorm of the winter - their lot was absolutely full.
