There are some genuinely hilarious anime out there. The medium has plenty of creators who love to do zany, off-the-wall gags that will leave viewers in tears, or touch on the inherent silliness of reality in fun and creative ways. With so many incredible comedies ranging from 4koma stories to slice-of-life humor, it's difficult to know which are the best. But as he starts working with his troubled students, he realizes that he actually does relate to them, and might be just about the only person who can get through to them. Training the class to excel in both their studies as students and skills as assassins, Koro-sensei is confident that his students' ingenuity and indomitable will could return them to the main campus. Divided into skits, Sunrise's anime is expertly paced to ensure nearly none of the jokes overstay their welcome. In this idol anime, a man named Koutarou Tatsumi winds back the clock and resurrects seven dead girls as zombies in order to retain the charm of a financially fading prefecture and form the greatest idol girl group in Japanese history.
There's a wealth of great comedy anime out there and, with shows like the Netflix Original Komi Can't Communicate still coming out, it doesn't seem like the laughs will run out anytime soon. Viewers looking for a high-quality comedy anime are spoilt for choice at the moment.
