This full-length hooded jumpsuit is white, with white wrist cuffs and grey ankle cuffs. Large cockatoo wings are attached to the sides of the costume and sleeves. They show up beautifully when the wearer lifts their arms. The underside of each wing is bright yellow and the back is white. The costume's hood features black cockatoo eyes, a 3D material black beak, and a large bright-yellow crest that stands up — just like the Aussie icon, the Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo.

We custom made some galah costumes in next to no time for a tv campaign designed to discourage teenagers from binge drinking. After a bit of further communication they said they were able to push the filming back to Thursday allowing for a Wednesday morning courier pick up deadline, and a time frame able to accomodate the making of 3 faceless galah suits. And away I went, purchasing materials and phoning around for another hand. I got the best seamstress I know, luckily she was available to help me bust through that deadline, sending progress pictures as we went. Bingo Bango, done. Made to Party! Image Source. The Galah Eolophus roseicapilla is a member of the order Psittaciformes , the family Psittacidae , and the genus Eolophus. Adults of both sexes appear almost identical in physical appearance. Also, there is a whitewash that gradually blends into the darker-colored hindneck. In addition to that, they are paler-bodied as compared with the members of the roseicapilla race. Both adults are quite similar to albiceps adults, yet generally duller in color. The crest peaking on the forecrown is shorter. Overall, they are slightly smaller in size, and there is clearly visible white bordering on the feathers located just below the eyes. Furthermore, the crown, breast, and crest are washed with grey. In fact, there are recorded cases of galahs reaching 70 — 80 years of age in captivity when a quality diet is religiously followed, with socialization and interaction provided on a daily basis.
