Nature lovers have a great selection of jungle hikes and walks which will take you through the lush tropical jungles around the Garza Blanca Preserve. All of these take you along the amazing trails that loop around the most scenic parts of the preserve. All hiking and jungle tours start in the Lobby where your guide will meet you. The Hiking 1 tour is the shorter of the two hiking tours at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta at 1 hour and 45 minutes, and is a great choice for those who want a short, gentle jaunt. Hiking 2 follows the same track as Hiking 1 initially, but continues on for a further 45 minutes to a stunning waterfall where, depending on the season, you can take a relaxing dip as a little reward for all your hard work and to cool down! As the name suggests, we meet to do walks which are not too difficult and are conducted at a reasonable pace. The group is as much a social activity, as it is a form of exercise. This inspiring project brings a source of income to isolated Pa-O communities, creating employment opportunities and helping to promote and preserve traditional ways of life.
