I would like to update that review. Technical problems with phone communication were fixed. I received a cordial response to every question that I Not great customer service. Did not say you couldn't drop off car early.

Nailed it! Great customer service, found a slot for me before the anticipated date. The staff are very professional! After the initial meeting for the repair estimate back in August , Mason told me that the team would not get my car in for repair until February ! However, I felt that I could trust the work of this team and decided to wait until February I picked up my car after 7 days including weekend; the body work was exceptionally well-done. In addition, my car got a fresh clean of the interior, too. Thanks again for such a nice experience! Definitely recommend this team and location for any collision repairs!
