Coming from a department store hybrid, I really find the manner in which the gears shift to be very easy. I'm still adjusting to it, but it is easy. The LBS did a full-body laser scan and then made some adjustments for the first size-up. After tweaking it a little bit more, mainly moving my seat higher, we were done. I've ridden this bike for two seasons and haven't needed to adjust anything since I got it, so a thumbs-up on the fit.

Absorbs a lot from the road, the shifter are amazing, the brakes work like they are Ultegra brakes, the tires work awesome in the wet as they do in the dry and the low pressure help with the absorption of the road. Upgraded to Mavic Ksyrium Elite at half the weight Bought new in and put miles on it. Been 8 years since I rode it and still love this bike! Tire pressure is limited to PSI with the stock tires, the wheels are super heavy with PSI fine for straits or downhills, but are terrible for climbs and sprints.
