The Granolah arc is quite goku m.u.i scaling wise, but I think I've put my own thoughts on how Goku's new Ultra Instinct form works. It wasn't just because he wasn't calm that he couldn't handle Gas imo, his current form of MUI just wasn't gonna handle it. It doesn't even increase in power the same way Ultra Ego does, goku m.u.i.

Where did people even get this from? The name comes from Dokkan Battle and Heroes though a more accurate translation would be 'Sign'. It's a descriptive name, not an official one, as the form is literally Goku having mastered the Ultra Instinct state. The main difference between the two forms besides their apperance is that Goku's strength remains the same in Omen, whereas it increases dramatically in Mastered.
