Prior to moving to Altona I was on maternity leave, having my first child. Which has given me a whole new prospective being a mum myself. I really enjoy guiding and assisting educators, children and families through their Goodstart journey. I find it to be an extremely rewarding role which allows me to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families. Goodstart Early Learning Altona. Through an inclusive and community-focused approach, the educators ensure the children develop socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically. In the large outdoor play space the children can enjoy the sandpit, climbing equipment or water play. There is also plenty of shade for all day play and synthetic turf to create a safe environment for the children to discover the world around them. There are also veggie gardens to teach the children about responsibility and caring for nature. Indoors, the children have access to a wide range of resources so they can explore their own interests in an interactive and immersive environment. They can sing, dance, build, create, explore and play. The rooms are light and bright, thanks to large windows that allow natural light to flood into the building.
