Before we left, I polled my friends on Facebook to get some advice. If your kids are adopted, find the check-in agent who is also adopted. Somehow, we got the check-in agent who was also adopted, and when she saw our little rainbow family she got all teary and started handing out free ice cream wristbands. This guide can help you navigate and prepare for your first family vacation to Great Wolf Lodge. All opinions are my own. Check-in to the resort rooms begins at 4pm, or as soon as your room becomes available, but you can start enjoying all that Great Wolf Lodge has to offer as early as 1pm on the day of your arrival! Upon check-in, all the children will be given complimentary wolf ears. They are so darling and perfect for pictures! My kids loved these and many of the kids around the resort are sporting their ears morning, noon, and night!

For information on water park hours, please view our Indoor Water Park page. For the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets into the lodge. Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed in all areas of the resort. For the health and safety of our guests, service animals are not allowed in the pools and attractions of the water park. Cleaning fees may be added for damages to the room.

Some activities, such as the character breakfast, will take place during paid attractions or dining offerings. Do you allow casts in the water park? About the Water Park Towels are provided for your family in the water park as well as bathing towels in your suite. Or, tip generously when you buy booze from the bartender. We require guest checking in to be at least 21 years of age. About My Trip Planning Our resort policy requires that there is at least one adult 21 years of age or older in each suite. Why is there a maximum occupancy in the suites? When do my points expire?
