The Grineer Queens being of Orokin origins means nothing. The Prime weapons that come out in each Prime Access were made before the Grineer even became a faction all their own. Primed Grineer weapons therefore cannot be a thing. Not saying that they couldn't, it just wouldn't fit the lore is all. That's why we haven't seen a Karak Prime yet, just because of this reason. The Karak Wraith is a huge upgrade over the standard issue Karak, why do we need more? The Queens are, in essence, Orokin. They're body steal to stay alive, so genetically, they are no longer Orokin, as far as we can tell since De hasn't expanded on how that whole thing works. But, the Grineer were a race of clones during the Orokin era. They were the slave labor used to build everything that then survived the fall of the Empire and bloomed into their own society, with their own technology. Everything is Orokin. Therefore everything can be primed. Corpus are descendants of Orokin. Grineer are clones of Orokin. Infested are mutated Orokin.
