I took my dog to get groomed here four days ago and have thought about writing this review as this is very rare of me but when it comes to my pup I have decided to speak on our experience. I made an appointment to take my six month-old micro golden doodle and was told to drop her off between 8amam. The earlier I dropped her off, the faster she would get finished is what they told me. I arrived for drop off at am and by 1pm I decided to call for an update. They told me it would be another 1hr 30m. Meanwhile, she had already been there for five hours. By , I received a call saying she was ready. When I arrived i was shocked to learn she was the last puppy there I finally decided to take my Australian Shepherd here, and they were so amazing; they even sent me photos and videos of her throughout the day because they knew I was nervous.
