Since unlocking Druid I've been wanting to make a fun solo open world Druid build because I like the class fantasy but never got it to work even close to what my solo condi Soulbeast could do. With the last patch they said they gave Druid better condi dps options so I was kinda excited to try that. I'm really not good at theorycraft and not that knowledgeable with Ranger, but decided to sit down and try to put something together. Then I tried the result out while farming and was surprised that it works surprisingly well compared to my solo condi Soulbeast. I'm excited to try and improve it further, but since I suck at theorycraft, I thought I might share my current build as a basis for discussion and I'd be thankful for ideas and suggestions. Please keep in mind that the intent of the build is not to make any high scores or anything. Unfortunately that build editor doesn't seem to be updated with the latest patch info. If you know another one that's up-to-date, please let me know and I can gladly copy the build there. Torch is better for multiple enemies. It can still do damage by itself with the conditions of Shortbow and sustain of Wilderness Survival while also having the option to support allies with Celestial Avatar abilities and Staff when you want to play with friends in larger battles. Try to flank enemies by standing behind or to their side when dealing damage with the shortbow, as it will improve the skill effects. You can only enter Celestial Avatar when you have gained enough Astral Force, which you gain by damaging enemies and healing allies. Your pet can also be healed to gain Astral Force. However, you should be able to camp shortbow most of the time to maintain condition application. I find I barely use Staff as im no good with it and the Avatar is barely used unless in Meta events to provide minor healing.
