This is my very own Julie and Julia moment! I love cookbooks because they encompass three things I passionately love - books, food, and photography. Tieghan has a wildly successful food blog, halfbakedharvest. I was blown away as I flipped through the pages, and I quickly realized that I was giddy with excitement and incredibly motivated and inspired! My plan is to cook every recipe from the Super Simple cookbook, with the exception of the shellfish recipes. Additionally, I really want to get better at food photography, so I plan to use this as an opportunity to learn how to plate and photograph food like a true professional. Wish me luck!
