I think the item shops are all over the place in that if i need a lvl 18 item i need to go to fairyland BUT all the monsters past that town are way high lvl for that place not the first 3 maps just past the town but if you don't go to fairyland and go down you will hit a place that will have lvl 45 to lvl items in a place that is for lvl i think i can't see monster lvls so don't know but ya that may need a look. If that is how the devs block low lvl players then that is bad game making right there just put a lvl cap that you have to get to to get in. This is a F2P game but if that is how it work making me pay just to get in to endgame and it is just jumping high to get to a place then this game is not F2P it is P2PG jacked up to the tens.
