With familiar and new faces abound, an interesting story, and no small amount of extremely valuable loot, this foray into Ethel's embrace once more is well worth your time. Help the Hag Survivors quest in BG3 makes you confront the minions of Auntie Ethel and help the poor people who were once her victims. She is a monstrous hag that you previously encountered in Overgrown Tunnel during Act 1. Completing the quest is not difficult, provided you follow this guide. You can locate Hag Survivors in BG3 by finding the anti-hag support poster. The poster is near the Basilisk Gate , where you will find a cart and board. You can find it elsewhere by exploring Lower City. One such poster is inside the Elfsong Tavern first floor. As you head into the room, you will find a cupboard towards the door. Inspect the cupboard with a perception check, and you will see an eviction notice. To the left, you will find a letter on the desk. Traumatized by the Hag, the survivors will get hostile towards you as soon as you reach them. Pass the persuasion check to let them know you are not their enemy.
It is up the stairs from the Basilisk Gate Waypoint. Completing the quest is not difficult, provided you follow this guide. It renders the entire function of "non lethal attacks" in the game, as virtually useless in all but about 2 encounters.

To learn where the group has gone, read the Barely Legible Letter on the desk to the left of the front door. Apparently, the support group has moved to a place called Old Garlow's.

You can use the image below as reference. Once you see the notice board you can then go check the papers. That place is just southeast of the Sorcerous Sundries. You can use the Heapside Stand fast travel point and just go northeast. Any good rogue can do it, or even a bard with the right build. On the second floor the Doll will be at a random place, you can see and hear it since it giggles from time to time. You can see it on the image below. Before you go start swinging swords and casting spells remember this. Every time you hit the doll , Maryina gets 1 point of damage , she has 7 HP in total. Be sure to do high damage to the doll or heal her from time to time to keep her alive.
