I also tried to adjust the governor a little because the RPMs were a little too low. I'm not sure what I did in my adjustment, but now the governor arm will not stay in the idle position - forward towards the carb. If left untouched, it rotates back or open and the engine runs at crazy high RPMs. If I hold the governor arm forward, I can start the mower and have it run on idle, but the second I let go of the governor arm it rotates back and runs completely open with way to high of RPM.
