Another few reasonings for the poor rating: the bedding is horrible- doesnt keep you warm and its merely just two sheets, the bathtub is very small and doesnt hold water in the drain for a bath, the toilet barley can flush, and the front desk whenever you needed to speak with them they were very rude and would rush you off of the phone, there is no breakfast even though it states that they serve it, the prices for food at the concession stand is all over priced.
