Beautiful pool and really good bar and restaurant. After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We called to see about switching rooms or getting deodorizer, but the front desk clerk wasn't helpful. The power went out for about 2 hours, and many of the employees were rude and unwelcoming. I was on the 9th floor, but woke up several times due to street noise and helicopter noise. Good rates. The rates were affordable for L. The staff was so helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The hotel was average, but I wasn't uncomfortable. Crypto Arena is always a nice place to visit. Located less than 1 mi from the Crypto. Disliked: Nothing bad. No microwave in the room, and the shower had poor water pressure. Pleasant front desk service.
