Hello everyone I have this issue with my HP notebook. Someone borrowed my laptop he brings it back and didnt say anything was wrong. A few days later i go and turn it on and this screen pops up with this error. So i've found on the net how to fix it but and I followed the step by step to fix this but can't figure out why i'm still. Secondly, you might want to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 but only do this if you are sure you want to install a new operating system.
