Has anyone ever used the online kitchen planner to do your planning without going into the store? I'm about ready to pull my hair out. Sometimes I can get cabinets and appliances to rotate but sometimes they won't rotate. It sticks wall cabinets in odd corners and then because they can't rotate they can't be moved to the appropriate place. I can get the ranges to rotate but not the cooktops. The hoods don't show up on the planner at all. I place my cursor over the cooktop and the little arrows appear and turn green but it won't rotate. And then sometimes the wall cabinet turns red along with the base cabinet and they can't be separated so if I try to move the wall cabinet it moves the base cabinet too. I guess this is the universe's way of reminding me of my decision that we weren't getting new cabinets this year. Man, am I glad I stumbled upon this thread. And here I thought it was just me having problems! I have literally not been able to design a kitchen using the IKEA planner since February when Sektion arrived in Canada - it literally freezes up completely on my desktop PC whenever I attempt to log in, no matter what browser I use - and while I can open a design on my laptop PC , it is laggy, glitchy, buggy, slow as molasses and for all intents unusable.
