And, naturally, political turmoil has enveloped the realm. They have Jarls competing for power, the Altmer plotting behind the scenes, and most importantly, the Stormcloaks imperials or stormcloaks to secede Skyrim from what they view as a crumbling empire, imperials or stormcloaks.
