While they do they have a whole GF menu, most of the items are salads, veggie appetizers, etc, which is no fun when your friends are ordering yummy bar food. However, they do have GF pizza made with cauliflower crust. The crust was actually really delicious, even my non-gf friend enjoyed it.

Portabella mushroom sandwich was so-so. If the weather's nice, I recommend sitting outside! The food is great, and affordable. The restaurant and hotel are very spacious and you will enjoy eating here. Produce is beautiful, fresh mozzarella is a steal, same bulk grains as whole foods but tiny convenient local market without the big grocer hassle!

The server seems so knowledgeable, but they do not bring the food to you. In the past they could print a gluten free menu for me, but not in March, Got glutened from the turkey burger. GF menu and even a GF kids menu--jackpot! My wife and 2 yr old son both have Celiac. It's hard enough finding places that are either kid friendly or Celiac friendly, let alone both, but Iron Hill delivers. They plainly state that their kitchen is shared and cross-contamination IS a risk, but we have been fine so far. The GF menu isn't huge but it offers about 5 options each for appetizers, entrees, burgers, and salads. Desserts are limited to ice cream and creme brulee. The kids GF menu has burgers, shrimp, fish, chicken, the sandwiches come on GF buns and a good selection of sides.

No dedicated fryer for gf food. They offer gf buns for burgers and cauliflower crusts for pizza. Bacon, red onion, green bell pepper, smoked gouda, mozzarella and spicy barbeque sauce.
