They tried to negotiate for me to keep the dresses for partial in store credit. I finally persuaded them I really did want a full refund. I returned the dresses according to their instructions and provided them a tracking number. I even paid for the shipping to send it back. I never received my refund. I have sent them several emails to get my refund. I have gotten no response from them. They don't even have a number you can call them at.
