There are quite a few items marked on the menu and when I called beforehand, the manager confirmed they keep a dedicated fryer for the fries and also the nacho chips. I had the chicken nachos chicken is baked so no cc from the grill where they do some flour items. They also had a peanut butter cheesecake that was gluten free and so so good! Went for lunch, had Buddha side salad with grilled chicken breast. Shared a side of fries. Menu noted a number of GF items. My server was knowledgeable, attentive, and offered to check the grilled chicken breast seasoning with the kitchen. She confirmed a separate fryer for their French fries and that all Buddha salad ingredients were GF.
