Ted has been coaching at Achieve since the summer of It's Ted's goal to use his fascination of physiology to help others reach new heights in their athleticism and health, all while having some laughs along the way.

We've been coaching in the fitness industry since We've worked at traditional commercial gyms and we've also worked at boutique personal training studios. What we've come to realize over the past 12 years is that, people don't stop going to the gym because they're lazy or unmotivated.

In the last 3 years as a member of Achieve, she has been involved in powerlifting, and has run multiple 5ks, half marathons, and Reach the Beach Relays.
