I have installed the latest drivers for the speaker from Ralink. The device is added and installed as a Bluetooth device when I connect my computer to my Bluetooth speaker. All seems good.

JBL does not have any drivers for their speaker. I tried all different ways to deal with it but from what I found many people had the same problem and usually they fail. Windows 7 does not natively support Bluetooth 4.
