Jeffy writes things on his list for his birthday, and his most important thing he wants to do for his birthday is go to Disney World, but he repeats his list saying Disney World. Mario tells Jeffy that Disney World is not an option due to shortage on money and Disney World far away from Pensacola. So, Mario orders Jeffy to make a new birthday list. Among hearing this, Jeffy throws a tantrum and calls Mario a bad father. Jeffy runs off and Mario wishes that there was a cheaper version of Disney World. He notices an ad of Sam's Fun City instead of Disney World and he needed it in order to save his life. Mario calls Jeffy for the surprise on his birthday and the next day he takes him to a cheaper Disney World.

Bowser wants a special cake made for his son's birthday, so he asks Chef Pee Pee to make the cake. The episode starts with Chef Pee Pee beating up a cat and then he cooks it in a pot. Bowser arrives and tells him that today is Junior's birthday, so he asks Chef Pee Pee to make Junior a cake. Chef Pee Pee releases the cat from the pot and gets out a boxed cake mix. He then decides to get the cake from Cake Express. He then dials the number to get the cake, Tom delivers the cake to Chef Pee Pee and he decides to take the lid off and put it on a plate so Bowser will think he made it. While getting the plate, Toad comes in and asks Chef Pee Pee for a slice. He also stops Toad for the idea of making a balloon cake and starts beating him out of anger, but Bowser comes in. Bowser asks for the cake, so Chef Pee Pee explains it's still in the oven.
