As the year draws to a close, just flight, Just Flight has shared an extensive update on their ongoing projects for Microsoft Flight Simulator. In recent months, the development team has embarked on a comprehensive texturing process for both the cockpit and the exterior model, aiming to set a new standard in Microsoft Flight Simulator, just flight. It has been a busy year for Just Flight, having released multiple aircraft across several different platforms, most recently the lauded Avro Vulcan for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Readers with long memories will remember that the AB4 Professional was originally announced shortly before FSExpo The team speak proudly of the level of detail they have been able to achieve here, and to be honest the screenshots really do speak for themselves. The majority of the fuselage modelling is now done, with the nose section having gone through a rework to add in additional details. Brand new models are also coming for flap track mechanisms and the CF6 and JT9D engine options which will ship with the product at launch.

The project promises to give us a very detailed simulation of this aircraft and recent work on the project has added even more layers of simulation. Black Square are hard at work to get their rendition of the Beechcraft Duke ready for Microsoft Flight Simulator release. It started with work for engine pre-heaters but the work has since spread to the entire rest of the aircraft. Even instrument needles have stiction and friction are affected by cold temperatures in the cabin. You may even need to tap on the glass to free them. Each reportedly has a different level of cleanliness too. Another notable new feature is enhanced modeling for the turbine engine simulation. The simulation now reportedly accounts for the operations of the bleed valves on the engines which, as a result, also means more possible areas of failure. Those anxiously awaiting the release of these aircraft can rest a little easier now as we know that Black Square and Just Flight are plotting to make them available in the first half of April. The aircraft will be sold separately or together in a bundle. Never see too many complaints about their products. I have the arrow and the turbo they tend to pretty much work and what does need addressing they do immediately. Support is phenomenal! Why not buy it direct from Justflight, at least you know also that the developer is getting all the revenue from the sale as well. I used to buy from Justflight years ago never any complaints good company. Will be buying from them again soon.
