Hull, City of Kingston upon Hull. The worst internet company ever. Been with them for over ten years and now we can finally opt out and move to an actual decent providor, not this scam of a company. Sometimes the internet will go down, sometimes a phone line may crackle but they always sort it and are always helpful. They send engineers out promptly who are always happy and helpful. The business internet team are extremely helpful and have spent a lot of time helping me. I have always been pleased with the service! I had faulty router and rang to make an appointment. Went there the next day 10am, but I still had to wait around When complained about the router I was given a new one without any problems. Lightstream internet is fantastic, never had a problem and never had to call tech support with any issues, it just works.
