Karlach is a Tiefling barbarian companion that you can recruit in Baldur's Gate 3. She quickly warmed her way into everyone's hearts, becoming a fan favorite. If under-leveled, it can be a tad hard, as she is at level 3 and has 32 hit points. Wyll will not be turned into a Devil, but he will not feel great after the fight.
