A few food bloggers and I dined at Knotty Deck and Bar at the Renaissance Austin Hotel earlier this week and I was blown away with the freshness of titanime ingredients, flavor of each dish, and the concept.

While I did receive some complimentary treats, all opinions are my own. The interior is beautiful, but where The Knotty Deck and Bar really stands out is their patio. The view looks out onto a calm and peaceful greenbelt, far as the eye can see. His diverse experience leads to seasonally rotating dishes to keep things fresh, new, and local. The ribs were shockingly tasty — so many spices and mixes of flavors and textures.
