What a nice island Koh Tao is! For us and many others the snorkeling and diving paradise of Thailand. We have been here several times already. So many times that we have lost count. Chris moved to Koh Tao in after completing a degree in Marine Biology while working in some of the top restaurants and bars in Cape Town to fund his student years. Chayaphon, nicknamed "Pbu" arrived on Koh Tao in from her paternal town of Chumphon where Grandma imprinted her sensational taste and love of great Thai cuisine upon Pbu.
