In the game, players take on the role of Revan, a former dark lord rehabilitated by the Jedi Order 4, years before the events of A New Hope. The player's choices account for Revan's alignment as either on the dark or light side of the Force. Because the game came out in , many players in the modding community have taken it upon themselves to remaster aspects of the game through mods and cosmetic updates. KOTOR presents an exciting world full of creatures, different biomes, and a lot of dialogue. There have also been talks of a live-action film based on the game.

While BioWare might not have the greatest reputation right now, there was a time when the studio was praised across the board for developing some amazing western RPGs that have stood the test of time to remain relevant to this day. The game is praised by fans as one of the finest Star Wars games ever made , with an amazing world and a compelling story that propels it to near-stratospheric levels of brilliance. Of course, the game has aged quite a bit, and new fans who want to get into this title might find themselves struggling to enjoy it at times. Thankfully, the following gameplay mods should be varied and engaging enough to keep people interested in this title to the very end.

The lightsaber is one of the most iconic weapons in the Star Wars universe. Additionally, for mods installed using the TSLPatcher, players must install them in the correct order, which is usually listed in the ReadMe file, or some mods simply will not work and, in some cases, may break the game. And if you speak badly of some people, expect to gain DS points! Knights of the Old Republic was released around a time when pre-rendered cutscenes were the norm. They are a product of their time, with these low-resolution textures making the entire game feel flat and lifeless at times. While Knights of the Old Republic is nowhere near as buggy as its sequel, it still has its fair share of minor glitches that can be quite annoying to deal with after a point. I would have like to make more balanced enemies but due to time constraints, it was impossible. As such, I'm open to player feedback to improve the mod going forward!
