I had an experience where I told a staff member in a calmly fashion of how Ive already signed in which happens way too often, either they need more staff or need to start looking at the computer to check whos in or not. After I explained to him and started walking, he screams out you dont have to have an attitude, I go back to explain that this has happened way too many times, meanwhile he seems to not listen at all and continues to turn angry and sad, making it seem like Im the one who should be handling his emotional tantrum. This is very unprofessional and shows me that staff training is inadequate presently on how to compose yourself and interact with customers.
