The purchase process was easy, delivery on time, the small size perfect for my frame and the material very comfortable. These were my first buys from LightInTheBox but they will not be my last. The jacket that I ordered is certainly not XL in the shoulders and does not match the measurements provided. I can hardly fit in it! Furthermore, the material used to make it is cheap and it smells awful, so even if the jacket did fit I would not wear it. Their system does not let me upload the pictures which I took or submit a request to have a refund and there is no way of contacting their customer service. A very frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs!
