In the southwest corner of the parking lot behind the Moist Palms Hotel, you'll find a ramp with a hidden package nearby. Use the ramps on the rooftops of the Print Works to jump over to the building just north of it. Or, find the hidden staircase on this building to take you to the rooftop.
