First off walking into a facility you would expect to be greeted by a cheerful staff member. That is not the case. I have never seen so many staff members unhappy with where they work, to the point where they don't even acknowledge you walking in the front door. It is very sad. The last time I was there my visit was in the library which was fine. It was the walk down the library that was very disturbing for me.
